Scrum & Lean Startup in Action: Design to Delivery in 6 Months of a Custom Dispatching Solution
by Sophie Freiermuth
#AgileIndia 2025
We adapt our project management and research methodology to work optimally for your organisation, whether it operates using traditional business management frameworks or approaches such as Agile (scrum), Lean Product Management, Design Thinking, Continuous Discovery, Design Sprints, Lean Startup, Customer Development, Squads and Guilds and more.
We only work in close collaboration with your teams - we know going away and coming back with a ta-da! solution is never the right approach for any business, and also want to ensure your teams gain skills to enable future innovation ventures.
We conduct our research using primarily a mixed-method approach and Grounded Theory and value particularly qualitative data. Whether the focus is exploratory, generative, formative or summative, we ensure the research aligns with the organisations objectives, risks, timelines and ultimately delivers short and long term value.
Our reports are made for businesses to action, not for scientific journals and peer reviews. We will always provide our customers with the raw data and the analysis frameworks, and will always start with the Executive Summary that we know everyone wants.
We are long-time partners of Insiders Experience, helping smartly inject technology and tools into their processes to deliver exceptional adventures in Marrakech, Beaujolais and Normandy.
We imagined, designed and built Insiders a custom Dispatching tool connected to their booking system.

For the makers of Candy Crush, we co-ran a study with 50+ participants, and researched and analysed user preferences and mental models. This deep dive into key dynamics between the players and the company highlighted some known aspects and revealed other angles of engagement that were new to the stakeholders.
For the innovation branch of independent pharma industry heavyweight Boehringer Ingelheim, we piloted prototype refinement and testing with a Canadian test-user group of 120 people, working closely with the Germany-based team and USA-based product owner. The research highlighted the relationship the participants held with key knowledge and practice areas, and helped guide the design and implementation of a novel product launched in 2023.
